What you are reserving
The founding batch is the AI companion for desk and bag, a product in development. Your reservation holds a place in that batch. It is not a product order with a promised delivery date.
The same Fig perches on a monitor or desk and clips to a bag. The starter includes a charging dock and a bag clip.
Price and payment
The starter costs $79 for one Core, your first silicone character suit, a USB-C charging dock, and a bag clip. You pay a $5 reservation deposit through Stripe today. $74 only when your figure ships.
When you pay the deposit, Stripe emails you a payment receipt — that receipt is your reservation confirmation, so keep it. Before your figure goes into manufacture, we will email you a secure payment link for the $74 balance. If the balance is not paid within 14 days of that email, we will treat the reservation as cancelled and refund your $5 deposit in full.
All prices are in US dollars. The $5 deposit is the full amount charged today: no tax or shipping is added to it. Any sales tax or shipping charge on the $74 balance will be shown in full before you pay it. Nothing is ever charged without showing you the total first.

Cancellation and refunds

Product development
The images show the product concept. Final design and specifications may vary. Extra silicone character suits are planned at around $20 each. Personalised figures are not part of this reservation.
Eligibility and applicable terms
Founding-batch reservations are open to residents of the United States aged 18 or over. A reservation holds one starter; we may limit reservations per person so the batch is shared fairly.
Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under applicable consumer-protection law, including any cancellation right that cannot be waived. If these terms and mandatory consumer law ever differ, the law prevails.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Please contact us first about any problem: we will try to resolve it informally within 30 days. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be handled by the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, unless applicable consumer law gives you the right to bring it in your home state.
