Refund policy

Draft for Andrew’s review — not ready for publication.
Prepared from the supplied reservation copy and deposit-test checklist. Bracketed details still need to be confirmed.

Your reservation

The $5 deposit reserves a place in the founding batch of the AI companion for desk and bag, a product in development. The starter price is $79. $74 only when your figure ships. This is a refundable reservation, not a product order with a promised delivery date.

Your refund promise

$5 fully refundable any time before your figure ships — one click, no questions

You can cancel your reservation and request the full $5 back at any time before your figure ships.

How to request a refund

There is no account to log into and no form to fill in. Email contact@hellofig.co from the address you used at checkout — or simply reply to your Stripe receipt — and tell us you want your $5 back. We process refund requests the same business day, with no questions and no retention steps.

How the money is returned

Refunds return the full $5 to the original payment method.

We issue refunds to Stripe the same business day we receive the request. Stripe returns the full $5 to your original payment method, and most banks post it within 5–10 business days of issue. If it has not arrived after 10 business days, contact us and we will trace it with Stripe.

If the project ends

If the product never ships or the reservation test ends, reservation deposits are refunded automatically.

If the founding batch is cancelled, we email every reservation holder at the address used at checkout and refund all deposits automatically — you do not need to ask. Automatic refunds are issued within 14 days of the cancellation decision; the bank timing above then applies.
